Refund policy
Quality is the forefront of everything that we do at The Dodo Shack, however due to the nature of our services unless brought to our attention at the time that the order is received (prior to leaving the store front) we offer no warranty on our goods. If you have placed an order and are unhappy with what you have received you can bring this to our attention and we may at our sole discretion offer to remake your order, however this is not a guarantee.
Orders placed in error are the sole responsibility of the customer. If you contact us quickly after making an error in your purchase we may be able to correct the error or cancel the order, however this is handled on a case by case basis and it not a guarantee.
Problems with delivery orders are handled on a case by case basis. Delays in delivery do not constitute a valid reason for return or replacement, however with rare exception due to acts of god we may opt to replace or remake your order at no cost. This decision is made at our sole discretion on a case by case basis.
Other than previously stated all sales are final, we offer no refunds, returns, or exchanges.
